• Havi bérszámfejtés teljes körű lebonyolítása
• Adatok előkészítése főkönyvi könyvelés részére
• TB ügyintézés: ellátások számfejtése, adatszolgáltatás hatóságok felé (NEAK, NAV, NYUFIG stb.)
• Kapcsolattartás belső és külső partnerekkel (pl. áruházak, Nexon, üzemorvos, stb.)
• Munkavállalók belépésével és kilépésével kapcsolatos dokumentáció kezelése
• Igazolások, statisztikák, riportok és bérjegyzékek készítése
• Nemzetközi projektekben való részvétel
• Jogszabályok követése, határidők pontos betartása
  

• Legalább középfokú Bér és TB ügyintéző képesítés
• Legalább 3 év bérszámfejtési gyakorlat
• NexON program ismerete
• Nemzetközi vállalatnál szerzett tapasztalat előny
• Társalgási szintű angol nyelvtudás
• Microsoft Office és Google Workspace alkalmazások haladó szintű ismerete (kiemelten Microsoft Excel)
• Precizitás, rugalmasság, megbízhatóság, ügyfélközpontú hozzáállás
• Jó csapatjátékos
• Naprakész jogszabályi ismeretek
