Your Tasks

Fleet Management:

  • Being the contact person and organizing meetings for Business Lease and DE Fleet Management
  • Keeping track of fuel prices – adjusting company fuel card limits by Business Lease purchase department if necessary
  • Maintaining, reporting fleet list to Tax and Accounting
  • Managing order procedure of new cars – checking mileage, calculating, sending data to Business Lease
  • Updating the company’s Car Policy
  • Ordering short-term rentals for new colleagues, prior to that, having company car agreements signed by DE Fleet Management and by the new employee

Workflow:

  • Making sure relevant invoices + Business Lease invoices are forwarded to DE Fleet
  • Forwarding invoices of Overall CC to Office Management
  • Supporting onboarding procedure

Back office:

  • Meeting organization for HR department, preparing content, layout and meeting minutes recording
  • Organizing HR events
  • Report creating for HR-related topics
  • Securing of operative „daily business”
  • Administrative support
  • Ensuring internal processes and interfaces

Your Profile

  • BSc/MSc degree preferably in HR or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in back office and/or HR support
  • You have experience in working in a multinational company
  • You are fluent in English and Hungarian languages (German is a plus)
  • You have good MS Office skills (PPTExcel)
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Labour law knowledge is a plus
